Boss Exterior Cleaning

Welcome to Boss Exterior Cleaning! By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

1. Initial Visit and Pricing

Your first window cleaning will cost double the standard price. This is due to the deeper clean required to bring your windows up to our high standards.

Subsequent cleans will follow the agreed standard pricing.

2. What Can I Expect?

We provide professional window cleaning services with options for cleaning every 4 weeks or 8 weeks.

The cleaning includes external windows and frames (where accessible), ensuring a sparkling finish. All doors are cleaned, unless specifically excluded.

Builders cleans and cleaning of other external surfaces is charged at a different rate.

3. Accessibility

Please ensure gates are unlocked, access paths are clear, and any hazards (e.g., dog waste and debris) are removed prior to our visit.

If we can not safely access your property due to obstructions, we reserve the right to charge the full price for the scheduled clean.

4. Weather Policy

In cases of adverse weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or high winds), we may reschedule your clean to the earliest suitable date.

If we clean in light rain or mild conditions, we guarantee the quality of our work. If you’re unsatisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

5. Turning Us Away

If you refuse service on the day of a scheduled clean without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the clean.

6. Ending Our Services

A minimum commitment of three cleans is required when starting service with Boss Exterior Cleaning.

If you wish to terminate our services, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next scheduled clean.

7. Complaints

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Complaints outside this timeframe may not be eligible for re-cleaning or refunds.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us (e.g., contact details, addresses) will be kept confidential and used solely for providing our services.

We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent.

9. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the clean unless otherwise agreed.

We accept bank transfers, direct debit, and cash. we can provide a bank payment link or other agreed methods. Please ensure payments are made promptly to avoid delays in future cleans.

If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to pause services until the account is settled.
